~We will combine shipping if you get multiple items at no additional charge, unless combined items require a bigger box, at which point additional shipping charges may apply.

 

~If you prefer a specific shipping date please let us know. 

 

~All items are shipped in an insulated box.

 

~Heat or cold packs are used as necessary.

 

~We ship Mon-Thur although Friday shipping for a Saturday delivery is available at an additional $25 cost.

 

~We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight (unless otherwise specified) by Noon to most areas (rural areas excluded) Please be available on the delivery date and begin acclimating your new animals immediately upon receipt.

 

~We only ship to the U.S. continental 48 (no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii)

 

~In the rare event of a DOA, please submit notice of any livestock losses within 2 hours of a FIRST ATTEMPT delivery to: budmanscorals@gmail.com

~ Budman's Corals is not responsible for any damage to frags cause by FedEx or client mishandling during shipping or otherwise.

 

~A clear picture of the DOA must be sent.

 

~Shipping can stress corals. they may appear lighter or darker at times and may take a few days, up to a few weeks to color back up.

 

~Please be aware of weather conditions in your area when choosing a shipping date. 

 

~DOA's will be issued a credit, but not the shipping cost.
